Can I Cancel a Purchase?
To maintain a positive experience for both buyers and sellers on Baby Bazaar, all purchases are legally binding once completed. While some sellers may agree to a cancellation as a courtesy, they are not required to do so.
If you wish to cancel an order because you’ve changed your mind, we suggest reaching out to the seller as soon as possible, as only they can cancel the order at their discretion. This must be done before the item is shipped.
I’m a Seller and I’ve Agreed to a Cancellation. What Should I Do?
If you’ve agreed to cancel a sale, locate your listing and click ‘Open a Dispute’ as soon as possible.
Under the dispute options, select ‘Cancel Sale’ and provide the necessary details. Once processed, any success fees you’ve paid will be refunded directly to your Baby Bazaar Wallet.
Can a Seller Cancel a Purchase?
Though rare, there are instances where a seller may need to cancel a sale due to circumstances beyond their control. Common reasons might include incorrect listing details (e.g., item condition) or the item being damaged after the listing was created.
If a seller cancels your order, you will be notified, and your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method. If you have any concerns about the cancellation, we suggest contacting the seller directly.
