Courier Booking Terms

By using Baby Bazaar Limited’s “Book a Courier” service, you agree to the following conditions:

  • You will adhere to the terms and conditions set by Courier Post.
  • Baby Bazaar may share your address, name, and contact number to assist with the delivery process.
  • Neither Baby Bazaar nor Courier Post/NZ Post will be held liable for any damage or loss to the item until it has been electronically scanned, signifying it’s entered the Carrier’s network.
    • Since “Book a Courier” is managed by NZ Post, we are unable to provide support if you believe your item has been collected but not scanned. For such issues, please reach out to NZ Post directly at Phone: 0800 268 743 or Email: customersupport@nzpost.co.nz.
  • In the event of loss or damage, you must report the issue directly to NZ Post via Phone: 0800 268 743 or Email: customersupport@nzpost.co.nz.
  • You must avoid sending items that are restricted or prohibited. For details on what items are restricted or prohibited, please visit NZ Post Restricted and Prohibited Items.
  • You are responsible for providing precise item measurements. If you underestimate the size of your item, additional shipping fees may apply, which will be charged to any payment method associated with your account.
    • Extra charges may include the Courier’s additional fee (the difference between your initial payment and the amount charged by the courier, potentially including a $5.50 admin fee) + payment processing fees + GST.
    • If you overestimate the item’s dimensions and the Carrier bills Baby Bazaar for less, no credit will be issued to your account.
