Delivery Policy for Buyers #

At Baby Bazaar, we consider a purchase or sale as complete when the item has been tracked and delivered to the address provided by the buyer. This applies whether the delivery requires a signature or not.

What if my purchase is lost or damaged during transit?

We offer Purchase Protection on all transactions made through Baby Bazaar. If your item does not arrive or arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. Learn more about Purchase Protection.

What if the tracking status shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received my item?

To resolve this quickly, please contact the courier to obtain the GPS coordinates of the delivery:

  • If the coordinates show the item was delivered to the correct address, we consider the sale complete.
  • If the coordinates indicate the item was delivered to the wrong address, we may assist you by asking the seller to file a claim with the courier. Please provide a screenshot of the courier’s written confirmation of the incorrect delivery to proceed.
