Delivery Policy for Sellers #

As a seller, a sale is considered complete when the item has been tracked and delivered to the buyer’s address associated with the order. This applies whether the delivery requires a signature or not.

What if my sale is lost or damaged during transit?

Baby Bazaar’s Purchase Protection covers all transactions. In the rare case that an item is not delivered or arrives damaged, the buyer may be eligible for a refund. Any compensation claims should be directed to the courier service used for the delivery.

  • For items sent via NZ Post or our “Book a Courier” service: Please file a claim with NZ Post. Note that our “Book a Courier” service is managed by NZ Post, so for the quickest resolution, direct all queries to the carrier.
  • For items sent with another courier: Contact the courier company directly for assistance.
