While Purchase Protection covers every transaction, feedback is still a valuable way to gauge the experience with a seller and ensure they meet your expectations.

Feedback should be specific to the transaction and provide an honest account of the experience. Baby Bazaar reserves the right to remove feedback that violates our Terms and Conditions. Feedback will be removed in cases such as:

  • Revealing personal information about other members
  • Containing inappropriate language or swear words
  • Being abusive, threatening, or defamatory
  • Being retaliatory (such as giving negative feedback in response to receiving negative feedback)
  • Addressing issues beyond the control of the seller or buyer (e.g., shipping delays)
